The Family Rambles are all circular walks of approximately 4 - 5 miles. Although the route start and finish is Sidcot School, the walks can be commenced at any point.
Routes and Footpaths are based on the
OS Explorer 141 Cheddar Gorge and the Mendip Hills.

For a number of years Sidcot Community PTA has run family rambles on the Mendip Hills around Sidcot School

Sidcot Community PTA Family Rambles
The Family Rambles are all circular walks of approximately 4 - 5 miles. Although the route start and finish is Sidcot School, the walks can be commenced at any point.
Parking is available in Winscombe, leaving the village via Hillyfields Way and the footpath to Hillyfields to the A38 - cross to Oakridge Lane.
Routes and Footpaths are based on the
